I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Caleb Ross. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Caleb was incredibly pleasant, efficient, thorough, and professional from beginning to end. He handled everything quickly while still taking the time to make sure every detail was addressed and that I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. His kindness, knowledge, and genuine commitment to excellent service truly stood out. Caleb made buying the car an easy and enjoyable experience, and we could not be happier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience!

I was looking for a vehicle online when I came across the perfect Tesla Model 3 at EuroBahn in Greensboro, North Carolina. From the moment I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for—and when I saw it in person, it looked even better than the pictures! I had the pleasure of working with Daca, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did she stay after hours, along with the rest of the staff, to make sure everything was completed, but she also worked hard to put together a deal that was fair for both me and the dealership. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure their customers are happy. The entire team at EuroBahn was professional, friendly, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. There was never any pressure—just outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help me drive away in the right vehicle. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and an honest dealership, I highly recommend EuroBahn in Greensboro. And if you can, ask for Daca—she’ll take great care of you. Thank you to everyone at EuroBahn for making this such an incredible car

Lew was rude to the mechanic that replaced the engine in my 2013 BMW X1 the guy said he would never do business here again. Lew was acting like a busted rear glass would prevent someone from safely getting the in the driver seat where the OBDII port Is to reprogram a key. He was making It seem like the mechanic working on my car just dropped off the vehicle and he said he had an appointment with all the necessary information . The mechanic told us Lew told him he didn't want to work on the vehicle because the rear glass was busted and he was arguing saying It was gun shots. Lew everything doesn't need to be gun shots to a glass for It to be broken. The vehicle had low oil pressure, engine locked up, and I left the car overnight. I went back the next morning to find the rear glass busted front glass with a crack, and the rear side window with scratches. A lot of people pass right across Carolina Trace here In Sanford, NC. He got It running going to a different dealership and they were extremely professional and they added the plastic wrap to the back window for free until I can get Safelite to come out the 6th of July. I went out this morning removed the glass and cleaned up. I drov

Great experience shopping and purchasing my vehicle here. Staff was awesome from management to sales. The financial department experience hands down the fastest I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I purchased our car during our lunch break. Everyone Acknowledged you When you walked in. They are the Chickfila of car selling. They will definitely see us again. As a retired army veteran and business owner i’m impressed. Check them out.

Folks at Eurobahn took good care of me and my Sprinter van. I scheduled an appointment online on Saturday and I got accepted for Monday at 7:45am. Even though I arrived early they start working on my van. Prior to that, they explained to me what needs to be done. Great help and relief for someone who lives outside NC.
